Internet Explorer 8 에서 HTML5 의 video 태그 활성화

위 사이트에서 Download : Windows -> DirectShow Filters 를 선택하고, 팻키지를 내려받습니다.
그리고  설치할때 HTML5 적용 을 선택 해주어야 합니다. ( 아래 그림 참고 )
